Every day our Client Experience Specialists (CES) change lives as a first point of contact with clients. They keep our hearing centers running by managing schedules, client information, charts, invoicing, insurance, and organizing and participating in local marketing. They work in a team environment to achieve hearing center goals. Client Experience Specialists play a key role in making hearing care simpler and more accessible than ever before and delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

The Client Experience Specialist Advisory Board provides feedback and expertise directly to senior management on the coordination of client care. Their early input on future key initiatives helps shape strategy and the Client Experience Specialist role in the delivery of Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Going Beyond with our ERG's

We are committed to creating an environment where every employee feels confident that they belong.

To that end, we have established five employee resource groups (ERG's) with more in the process of launching. The five are:

C.A.R.E. (Caregivers Alliance for Resources and Empowerment)
EmpowHER (Women's Network)
Elevate (Black and African American ERG)
Hear&Queer (LGBTQIA+ ERG)
U.N.I.T.E. (Understanding Neurodiversity In The workplace for Everyone)

The co-leaders of these five groups and other dedicated Inclusion champions sit on the ERG Council, which provides employees with the opportunity to advise executive leadership on topics related to Inclusion and Belonging. The ERG Council makes recommendations to ensure that HearUSA achieves its diversity and inclusion mission and long-term goals. Employees can apply to join the ERG Council and participate for a two-year term.

As part of WS Audiology, ERG Council members also collaborate with MoSAIC, the Global Inclusion and Belonging Network.
